you can be granted a visa in Australia if you meet all other visa criteria.
The COVID-19 concession period started on 1 February 2020 and is currently ongoing. This is a temporary arrangement, and can end without notice.
From 5 March 2022, the Dependent Child (subclass 445) visa can be granted to applicants in or outside Australia, irrespective of where the visa application was lodged.
