The Department of Home Affairs has announced that some temporary visa applicants will not be required to undertake medical examinations to meet the health requirement.
Relevant service providers, such as BUPA or other agencies, will be in touch to cancel appointments where they are no longer required and provide refunds.
Please note that the Department considers already completed medicals as usual, with no refunds offered for the same.
The Government will review these arrangements in early 2023, subject to change.
